Have worked in various roles with EIM.  Served as content developer and instructor in the OMPT fellowship, served as a clinical mentor for fellows enrolled in the fellowship and a primary faculty member for weekend intensive management courses with a manual therapy focus.

Led the Air Force's largest Ortho/Rehab Flight made up of 6 clinical specialties - Orthopedics, Podiatry, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractic and Orthotics/Prosthetics.  Position was at Wilford Hall Ambulatory Surgical Center in San Antonio, TX.  Also served as the San Antonio product line leader for Physical Therapy during my time in this position.

Commander, Ortho & Rehab Flight, 59th Surgical Operations Squadron

Serve as lead for Cervicothoracic module.  Residency has 35 Active Duty Physical Therapists per year.  The residency is largely on-line with several weekend laboratory sessions.  My role includes content development, on-line teaching, monitoring and facilitating discussion among the residents.
