Greg Reynolds is an Executive Search professional with a passion for making a positive impact on individual lives and organizations. With over 25 years of experience, Greg has honed his skills in Career Counseling, Outplacement, Leadership Coaching, Job Search Support, and Talent Acquisition. Greg uses his expertise to help his clients with complex searches for mission-critical talent and unorthodox individual or group separations.

Under his expertise, Greg's clients receive customized programs that develop the leadership skills of their senior executives and provide bench strength, improving organizations' future prospects. In addition, Greg has used his skills to help eight churches with searches for new pastoral leadership and assist Honduras in creating and distributing water purification systems through Living Waters for the World.

Greg's passion for his work is also evident in his free job search support group with North Coast Job Seekers, where he has helped more than 7,000 job seekers in Northeast Ohio find jobs.

Greg Reynolds has studied Business and Economics at the University of Mount Union after graduating from Shenango High School. He is now the Director of Business Development at Dise & Company, having worked previously as Vice President of Business Development at Drake Beam Morin, Vice President of Business Development at Lee Hecht Harrison, and Search/Outplacement Consultant at Spherion.
