Nicole Maske is a Namibian business leader and Managing Partner at Eos Capital, a private equity firm focused on supporting sustainable growth in Namibia's economy. With an Actuarial Science degree from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from London Business School, Nicole has held strategic roles in Old Mutual Africa and Namibia, as well as Liberty Life South Africa, where she worked on critical business projects. Nicole is a qualified actuary with expertise in healthcare and holds the Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) qualification. She co-founded Eos Capital in 2015 with a mission to grow the local economy by fostering private investment in Namibia. The firm now manages N$1bn (USD 65m) in assets and has a team of 11 supporting investment and value-add activities across its Namibia-only portfolio.
