I like to call myself the "wizard behind the curtain" of all things TA at Dell....it offers me an exciting opportunity to support and lead a great team of people who are some of the best in the industry at finding and attracting key talent.  My history includes running various day to day operational recruiting functions globally (including running TA @ Perot Systems, which was acquired by Dell in 2009), and then building/optimizing multiple mergers and integrations of TA organization for Dell -  but my current role is much more strategic and helps enable the delivery teams to optimize their work.
