Jessica Bair Oppenheimer is a distinguished leader in the field of cybersecurity with over 20 years of experience. She began her career in the US Army CID, where she served as a Special Agent and Computer Forensic Examiner. Bair Oppenheimer has since held director-level positions in various companies such as Cisco, Guidance Software, and ThreatGRID, where she has been instrumental in developing open ecosystems and building strategic partnership alliances to promote growth and revenue.

As the director of the Cisco Secure Technology Alliances, she focuses on building open ecosystems centred on partnership development and innovation. Bair Oppenheimer leads the Cisco Secure team in the Black Hat NOCs and RSAC SOCs, where she has gained immense knowledge and developed a keen interest in threat intelligence, malware analysis, and cybersecurity. Her expertise in strategic planning and ethical leadership is attributed to her Master of Business Administration degree from Pepperdine University.

Bair Oppenheimer's contribution to the cybersecurity community includes the creation of the EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE) certification in 2001 and the EnCase Certified eDiscovery Practitioner (EnCEP) program in 2009. She is a Cybersecurity Advisory Board member at Bay Path University and has also served on the Governor's Board of the National Board of Governors at Human Rights Campaign.
