Thomas Sylak is a highly experienced business professional and IT specialist with an impressive track record of success in leadership positions across multiple industries. After starting his career as a Systems Engineer at Electronic Data Systems, Thomas quickly worked his way up the ladder and held various management positions at Calphalon, DMC Technology Group, and Provider Solutions LLC. He also served as the Director of Information Technology and later the Chief Operating Officer at The Toledo Clinic.

As a Consultant and Project Manager at DMC Technology Group, Thomas oversaw complex IT projects and provided effective solutions to meet clients' needs. He also served as the Vice President of Operations and handled logistic operations and oversaw the implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems at Calphalon.
