He earned his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Graphic Design from the prestigious Pennsylvania State University. With over a decade of experience in design, he has worked across various organizations, starting as a Junior Designer at Baker Design Associates before moving up the ranks to become the Founder and Principal at Blank, LLC, and now he is the Vice President of Global Brand Design at Converse.

Adam has a remarkable track record of leadership in the design industry, holding numerous managerial and creative directorial positions at both Nike and Converse. He has a wealth of skills when it comes to branding, retail design, design direction, and visual design. Adam has also been recognized for his excellent work in his field with several awards.
