Mathew Webb is a seasoned finance professional, currently serving as the Head of Finance at POM Wonderful, a part of The Wonderful Company in Santa Monica, CA. With a diverse range of international experience in finance and strategy, Mathew's career has taken him across North America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. He holds an MBA (with Honors) from the highly-regarded University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a BSc in Mechatronic Engineering with summa cum laude distinction from the University of Cape Town. Before joining POM Wonderful, Mathew was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in Chicago, where he focused on serving corporations and private equity firms in the agriculture, chemicals, and wider industrials sector, offering strategic, commercial, and operational advice. Mathew has experience in designing and implementing growth and turnaround strategies, evaluating M&A targets, executing commercial and operational transformations, and conducting strategic benchmarking.

Aside from his current role as CFO at POM Wonderful, Mathew previously served as VP of Finance at the same company and Director of Strategy at The Wonderful Company before that. Additionally, has held positions as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, Summer Associate at McKinsey & Company, and Consultant at Burlington Strategy Advisors.
