She is a General Partner at Kindred Capital VC, while also previously holding positions as an operating leader and business development executive at Eyeview, RRE Ventures, and Monograme. Palma has studied Industrial Engineering at the University of Queensland and earned both her B.S in Industrial Engineering and MBA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Harvard Business School, respectively.
