Jay Thomas

Jay Thomas brings a wealth of experience to the table with his multi-state retail expansion plan which he executed in a 3-state region in just 10 years. He was responsible for a variety of tasks such as company job maps, future business plans, market research, budgets, compensation plans for employees, store build-outs,sales strategies, and much more. Jay implemented and designed on-line LMS training for all staff, managed all company marketing and branding efforts, and was in charge of coordinating over 100 events a year.

At Factor Bikes, Jay held the position of General Manager, North America, and South America. Prior to this, he was the Managing Director and Owner of Champion System USA, VP of Sales at Champion System, Vice President of Sales at Capo Cycling Apparel, and the Co-Founder of Midwest Cycling LLC-Midwest Velo LLC.

Jay's background also includes experience as the Director of Sales at Pedros, National Sales Manager for Klein and Bontrager Cycles at TREK USA, and as a Territory Manager for Texas and Louisiana at TREK USA. Before his illustrious professional career, Jay served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp. stationed at 29 Palms, California, and globally.
