Victoria Ying is a versatile professional with a strong academic background in economics and public policy. She has studied Applied Economics as a visiting student at The University of Göttingen and has earned a Master's degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School. Her Bachelor's degree is also in Economics, which she pursued at Fudan University. With an interest in enhancing leadership effectiveness, she has worked as a Course Coach for Professor Robert Wilkinson at Harvard Kennedy School, where she previously studied.
Victoria started her career as a Consulting Intern at PwC in Mainland China and Hong Kong before taking on roles like Fundraising Officer at UNICEF, Marketing Ambassador at School of Management Fudan University, and Data Analyst at Precision Agriculture for Development (PAD). With this versatile experience, Victoria has developed a diverse skill set that enables her to excel in multiple areas, from fundraising and marketing to data analysis and policymaking.
In addition to this, Victoria has a keen interest in enhancing personal leadership effectiveness as well as the impact of sustainable development policies.
