Mayuri Guntupalli is an accomplished leader with a wealth of strategic development experience spanning more than 15 years. She has worked with healthcare organizations, multi-lateral institutions, governments, non-government organizations, and multinational companies in various parts of the world, including the Middle East, Africa, North America, Asia, and Europe. Her focus areas include greenfield projects' strategic development, capacity building for start-up organizations, operational planning and implementation, performance management and improvement, and organizational restructuring. Mayuri has worked with the United Nations, the US Department of State, leading US hospital systems, global consulting firms, and various government agencies worldwide. As a strategic planning director at Michigan Medicine, she leads teams in developing business plans, conducting market assessments, commissioning and opening healthcare facilities, implementing operational plans, and streamlining business processes. Mayuri holds an MBA in International Business and Strategy from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where she also studied MPP, International Development. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tufts University.
