Adrian Conforti

Adrian Conforti is a veteran figure in the real estate industry, with over a decade of professional experience across project and development management, advising, finance and business operations management, RE legal advisory, entitlements and permit management, site and location feasibility, design and engineering oversight, permitting, construction management, and tenant and landlord representation. He earned a degree in BS, Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. He currently serves as the Real Estate Senior Managing Director and Top 50 ENR Program Manager for Cushman and Wakefield’s Project & Development Services (PDS) in the Mid-Atlantic region. In this role, he manages a team of specialty-focused project and development managers who provide support on projects ranging from small renovations and tenant improvements to multi-year, mixed-use development projects for local to Fortune 100 global clients. He has been recognized for his outstanding leadership and contributions to his industry, awarded numerous prestigious awards, including Bisnow’s “40 under 40”, Cushman & Wakefield Global PDS “Strategic Growth” Award, Engineering News Record Top 50 Program Management, and CREBA “Best in Industry, Project Management” 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018. Adrian is actively involved in various organizations such as NAIOP, CORNET, CREBA, RE GROUP, AIA, DCRA Green Tag Committee, and C&W executive leadership.
