Echo Schmidt is a seasoned developer with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Her background spans multiple technologies, including Oracle, the Microsoft stack, and open source solutions, but her passion lies in SharePoint development.

She has held various roles throughout her career, including Senior SharePoint Architect & Developer at Siemens, Senior SharePoint Dev/Ops Architect at Mentor Graphics, and Technology Solutions Engineer at SAIF Corporation. Additionally, she was Team Lead for Programming, Web Manager, & SharePoint Architect at the City of Salem, where she developed custom web solutions and empowered her team through teaching and mentoring technology.

In her previous positions, Echo has been recognized for her out-of-the-box thinking, creative problem-solving skills, and positive can-do attitude. She enjoys finding alternative solutions that improve processes, reduce costs, and ultimately empower those around her.

Echo's educational background includes a high school diploma from Aragon High School, an associate's degree from Clackamas Community College, and a B.S. from Linfield College.
