Decode is a data company part of BTG Pactual's digital unit. As a data scientist, I worked building models and running data exploratory analysis. My core projects involved the establishment of PUC's college endowment, the anticipation of receivables using multivariate models, and CPI prediction using Kalman filters and decision tree algorithms.

This course is targeted at students with previous statistical knowledge and focus on several statistical methods: plots, transformations, regression, analysis of variance, clustering, principal components, contingency tables, and time series analysis. -  Programmed two Machine Learning algorithms in Python for stock market prediction: an Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and a Recurrent Neural Network algorithm (RNN)
-  Co-authored a research article titled “Machine Learning and Stock Prediction” and presented key findings to the company’s CFO at the end of the internship

Endeavor is the organization that leads the high-impact entrepreneurship movement around the world. There, I worked with the Global Entrepreneurship Week group held by 4 people, helping organize the local Week that also happens around other 160 countries and supporting 26 Brazilian committees of entrepreneurship. In November, we sponsored more than 1,000 events during the Global Entrepreneurship Week.

- Universe it' is an educational startup developed to provide higher educational experience to undergraduates. During 2015, we prepared public events to visit universities and created a website filled with testimonials from college seniors around the country. 'Universe it' was vice-champion on a USP Startup Weekend and, then, was invited to visit some business incubators. Later, I, as the founder, represented our team on a pre-acceleration program from Artemisia, a Brazilian NGO focused on social business. Furthermore, during the second semester of 2015, we were fortnightly mentored by USP Nucleus of Entrepreneurship. During the first 7 months, we reached about 100,000 students with our website, videos and public events.

The opportunity of working in the largest non-profit youth-run organization introduced me to different cultures, perspectives, and a highly entrepreneurial ideology.

Educart was my first social project developed to teach science in orphanages. I gathered a group of 7 people and, in two months, the group had about 60 members. We prepared a biannual schedule with scientific experiments, literature discussions and motivational storytelling for unprivileged kids living in Feira de Santana.
