The Israel Innovation Institute is an NGO, whos mission is to close the gap between the amount and quality of solutions that exist in High Tech, and the lack of usage of those in the public sector. We believe that technology has a great deal of potential vis-a-vis Social Impact, and technological method and abilities should be implemented in solving humanity's biggest challenges.In Education, we believe the disruptive potential of technolgy exists within three abilities:1. Personalization of curriculum to fit the needs of every child in the 21st century, building a life long learning path;2. Change the role of the teacher from "knowledge authority" to "learning enabler";3. Data driven desicion making and pedagogical methods.We operate in two verticals:1. The supply of innovation:- We manage a community of 165+ Israeli EdTech Companies;- We do business development for the EdTech sector;2. The demand for innovation:- We cooperate with the Education system and Municipalities to create communities of Early Adopters for EdTech products;- We develope methodologies for implementation of Technologies in the school system and creating Early Adopters amongs teachers and principals.

Resisim is a social movement aimed at shifting the mindset among Israelis who have endured combat experiences from a struggle of solitude and silence, to a feeling of togetherness and empowerment  to share their experiences. Our mission is to both facilitate this communication and provide soldiers with the tools to do so in a positive manner.My responsibilities are: - Development of approach and activities- Staff overview and development- Fundraising- Board facilitation- All other aspect of the organizational work cycleSome of our achievements:- Two memorial day ceremonies with more than 1000 participants- A successful crowd sourcing campaign- Collecting more than 70 combat stories and 1200 war zone pictures- More than 40 active volunteers

Awakening in Jerusalem (התעוררות בירושלים) is a pluralistic social and political movement who's aim is to make Jerusalem a welcoming and inviting city for young adults and families.As one of the founders of the student cell in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, I lead the recruitment of volunteers and representation of students in the student association council. Awakening in Jerusalem (התעוררות בירושלים) is a pluralistic social and political movement who's aim is to make Jerusalem a welcoming and inviting city for young adults and families.As aprt of the first cohort of volunteers, I was involved in the election day strategy planning and execution. My responsibilities were:- Data driven strategy design- Volunteer recruitment and managent- Election day director- Logistical problem solvingSome of our achievements were:- 2 city council seats- Management of 300 volunteers - More than 10,000 votes for Hitorerut
