Kathy Gerhard is a skilled and accomplished Director with extensive experience in global product development, packaging, and new software implementation. With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from The University of Texas at San Antonio, Kathy has honed her leadership and time management skills, making her a natural leader capable of motivating multi-disciplinary teams and creating efficiencies across organizations.

Formerly working as the Director of Creative Services Operations and Associate Brand Manager for Fossil International Brand Team at Fossil Group, Inc., she has also served as the Group Manager - Global Product Development for the same company. She was also the Director of Product Development for Laura Mercier Cosmetics at Gurwitch Products and a Product Development Manager at JCPenney. Kathy's skills include budget oversight and cost control, supplier selection, negotiation and management, sourcing, and product development, as well as process improvement, contract negotiation and management, risk analysis, and project management.
