Maria Luisa Contursi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, storytelling for impact, and cross-sectoral collaboration. She has spent over 25 years working in the non-profit sector, primarily focused on community health and youth mental health. She is the co-founder and former Program Director of mindyourmind, an internationally renowned youth mental health program. Currently, she is the Director of Network and Engagement at Pillar Nonprofit Network, where she leads efforts to cultivate meaningful engagement and co-design initiatives. Maria has a strong belief in the power of artistic exchange and the ability of creative arts to generate a sense of belonging, inclusion, and community wellness. Her areas of expertise include strategic leadership, design thinking, marketing, art therapy, and community development.
