Sales Executive

To response sales enquiries in UK & Asia (Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China) and pricing in accordance
To issue price quotations in response to enquiries, follow up the competitiveness and to secure sales
To expand the target markets (Hong Kong, Taiwan and Mainland China) on live and frozen shellfish thru phone call, video meeting, and to maximize the profitable conversion to orders
To proactively call nil spend / dormant / targeted accounts for business opportunities
To maintain and promote Facebook accounts and outreach to new customers
To pass checked and confirmed deliveries daily to invoicing
To prepare the Purchase Order, Sales Contract, Invoice to stakeholders
To keep track the content and accuracy of sales daybook
To prepare sales forecast reports to Financial Director and Managing Director
To prepare sales report weekly to key customers
To liaise with suppliers in weekly basis on raw material purchase, production status and inventory stock
To arrange quality assurance inspector to supervise the production are done correctly and oversee the loading and make sure the temperature are in control
To pass checked the exported and imported documents (health certificate, country of origin, label, catch certificate) are correctly
