As a Software Engineer at Amazon, he has developed various systems and products to enhance customer experiences. Prior to Amazon, Rao had worked as a Cryptographic Project Developer at Dr. Jonathan Katz's, where he gained knowledge and experience in cryptography. Moreover, he has interned at NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, and at the National Institutes of Health, where he has polished his programming and research skills.

With experience in software engineering, cryptography, research, and programming, Rao is an expert at developing complex systems for enhancing customer experience. He is also well-versed in the field of cryptography and has worked on numerous projects in this field.
