Blaise Subbiondo

Blaise Subbiondo is an experienced educator who has served as the head of Civil Engineering technology at Orange Coast College in Southern California and Technical College in DAR Es Salaam, East Africa.

He has written a correspondence course for Surveying and Mapping and created the K-12 Education website eTAP.org with a team of authors, offering personalized learning resources for remote instruction in K-12 education.

Blaise Subbiondo holds a Teaching Certificate in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.

He is currently the President of E-TAP Teaching Assistance Program and previously held the position of President at Subbiondo and Associates, Inc.
