Jan Blaabjerg

Jan Blaabjerg is an experienced leader in medical device innovation, with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in product development and commercialization. Blaabjerg holds a Diploma in Management of Medical Product Innovation from Copenhagen Business School and a Master's Degree in Medical Electronics from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet. Throughout his career, Blaabjerg has demonstrated a strong combination of technological and commercial insight in a global context, working for companies such as GN Hearing and ReSound, where he held various executive positions, from Director of R&D to Vice President of Product Development. His people-focused leadership has helped him build effective teams, shape organizations, and manage larger teams in multiple technical areas, ranging from technology development to corporate launch programs. Jan is an expert in international development, process, and organizational development, change management, and international cooperation across regions and cultures.
