Glavind is the COO & Associate Co-founder at Neurescue, the first computer-aided aortic occlusion catheter aimed at reducing preventable deaths from cardiac arrest. With a firm commitment to changing the status quo by bringing early-stage technologies and innovations from idea to market, Glavind has been actively advising startup ecosystems, investors, and private and public growth vehicles.

Glavind's impressive track record spans several industries and markets, including the United States, Europe, and Asia, where he has established an extensive network. Besides health tech, he is passionate about promoting green and renewable tech, blockchain technology, conservation tech, and community initiatives, CRISPR, and other SDG & impact-investing related topics. He is a fan of networking and helping others and leads the MedTech Meetup in Copenhagen, a networking meetup for entrepreneurs, investors, and MedTech enthusiasts.
