Ken Cruse is a prominent figure in the hospitality industry, having gained over 25 years of experience in hotel and multifamily investments. He is the Founder Partner and CEO of Alpha Wave Investors, LLC, a private equity company, and Soul Community Planet, LLC, a Holistic Hospitality enterprise. Prior to this, he was the CEO of the $5B NYSE company, Sunstone Hotel Investors, where he consistently kept the company among the Best Workplaces and the Fastest Growing Public Companies in Orange County. He also generated superior shareholder returns averaging 38% per annum. With a B.S. degree from Colorado State University and an M.B.A. degree with honors from Georgetown University, Mr. Cruse is a member of the board of directors for Miracles for kids, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. He is a member of the Southern California Chapter of Young Presidents Organization and the Dean's Advisory Council for Colorado State University Warner College of Natural Resources.
