Leveraging my background in Human Rights, Technology, and Policy, I owned the go-to-market strategy for Safety products and policies as part of Twitter’s Health and Privacy Organization - this includes all products and features that curb online abuse and harassment, making it easier to report unwanted or unhealthy content, and other tools to keep users safe on Twitter.

-  Built go-to-market frameworks to implement Twitter’s policies on harassment and abuse, including launching in-product nudges that prompted users to reconsider their replies to Tweets when we detected they contained harmful or offensive content; this resulted in them changing or revising responses over 30% of the time.
-  Launched Twitter’s overhauled reporting process which increased the amount of reports our agents actioned on by 50% by leveraging global policy development, behavioral data, and user research around online abuse to bring a human-first approach to market.
-  Served as the interim Product Manager to launch Sensitive Media Tweet Warnings globally, a new feature that allows creators to proactively label Tweets that contain sensitive media. This increased brand trust while respecting user choice and control.
