John Perton is a staffing and recruitment expert with over 12 years of experience in the industry. After serving in the Air Force, Perton pursued a career in information technology before realizing that he enjoyed interacting with people more than solving technical issues. His pivot to recruiting led him to Robert Half, where he has played critical roles having placed thousands of professionals in their dream jobs, helped many more advance their careers, and mentored, trained and coached hundreds of recruiting professionals nationwide.

Throughout his career, Perton has worked with large corporations such as Bank of America, US Bank, Ryder Enterprises, the PGA Tour among others, helping grow and diversify their workforce.

Currently, Perton serves as Vice President Of Business Development at BrightMove and acts as an advisor at TalentYeti. Previously, he has held various business development and executive roles with Signature Consultants, SNI Companies, Artis IT, Robert Half Technology, and CPI Solutions.
