Dror Berman is a prominent figure in the world of venture capital, having co-founded Innovation Endeavors with Eric Schmidt. With a focus on investing in early-stage startups, he seeks out companies that are driving exponential rates of change in their industries, leading to what he calls a "Super Evolution." Dror has invested in over 100 different companies from seed through Series B, with some of his most notable investments being in Uber, SoFi, Planet, Zymergen, and Blue River Technologies. Prior to becoming an investor, Dror worked as a team leader of R&D at NICE Systems. He holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BS in Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University. Dror is also an ML7 Associate at Creative Destruction Lab and a member of the Steering Committee of Israel Collaboration Network.
