Contact Center records come via a third party database in MySQL.  CRM records are from SQL Server.  Role included requirements gathering, meeting with stake holders and outside vendors. Initial project was designing a Data Warehouse to characterize program effectiveness for Scientific Apprenticeships at various laboratories.(Sql Server 2014, SSAS 2014, SSIS, Tableau, QlikSense)Developing a data warehouse for division wide performance metrics.  Extracting data from Oracle, OBIEE and other sources for this project. .Redesign of primary data flow for the Scientific Assessment/Workforce Development division for ORAU, including overhaul of existing data structures, creation of new structures and procedures and design of migration paths for the legacy data.  This design was the preparation for creation of a data warehouse with one source of truth.Functioned as production DBA, established publishing procedures, implemented CIS benchmarks, created security monitoring and identified performance issues from the development group.Implemented CIS Sql Benchmarks and created policies and procedures for development, publication and access for all levels of database access with in the contractor.  Created auditing process that will adjust servers to be within compliance.  Reviewed non standard implantation of servers and access, creating a change process to bring these with in the ORAU accepted standard for DOE based computers.

Additional outflows from this process include populating legacy tables based on a rules based matching algorithm.  For many of the markets, updates are every 15 minutes.
