Jayson Gates is a highly experienced and knowledgeable interior designer and LEED AP with over twenty years of experience in the industry. Gates currently resides in North Portland with his wife and two daughters, and has a passion for design that he feels is the perfect intersection of science and art.

Originally from the world of music, Gates accidentally fell into the world of interior design, and has been hooked ever since. Gates believes that a well-designed space can positively impact someone's life, and strives to build an emotional connection between the brands he represents and the professionals he works with.

Gates has extensive experience in contract, hospitality, higher education, and healthcare furniture, lighting, textiles, and acoustical products, and specializes in representing furniture manufacturers such as Camira Fabrics, Naughtone, Spacestor, Rich Brilliant Willing, and Leland International exclusively in the State of Oregon, Alaska, and Washington. In addition to his work in the industry, Gates was formerly the Chair Forums at IIDA Oregon and has deep ties to the PNW design community.
