Msdm James Wall

James Wall is a dedicated Emergency Management Specialist with a strong background in higher education and local government. He holds a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Additionally, he pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Administration and Management, Healthcare Management from West Texas A&M University. Currently, James serves as an Emergency Management Specialist, collaborating with various offices, departments, and stakeholders.
