Michelle Gale, M.A. is an accomplished Sr. Program Manager in Manager Enablement and Advisor to the Wisdom 2.0 Conference. She has extensive experience with mindfulness practices and community leadership as she is the community leader of "Autodesk Pause", a Mindfulness Community. Michelle serves on the board of the Holistic Life Foundation and the Foundation for a Mindful Society. Michelle received her M.A in Psychology from Meridian University, and she is a long-term practitioner of awareness-based practices. She is a resident of the San Francisco Bay area with her husband, two sons, dog Lola, and cats Zoe, Benny & Stella.
