Mike Borras is a veteran games industry executive, advisor, and angel investor with over 20 years of experience in co-founding, scaling, and operating startups in the games, indie music, and tech industry. He has a proven track record in general management, business development, publisher relationships, executive production, strategy, and community management. Borras is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rare Earth Games, a creator of extraordinary co-op adventure games for next-gen PC, consoles, and cloud gaming platforms, where he is responsible for P&L, operations, strategy, business development, and platform relations. His previous roles include co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Iron Mountain Interactive and Socialspiel Entertainment GmbH, and Managing Director at Tupalo Internetservices GmbH. Prior to that, he worked in production, localization, and QA at Rockstar Games and founded Skylab Operations, an e-commerce platform for independent music merchants worldwide.
