Diana Truque is a highly skilled and experienced lawyer and advisor with a strong background in international trade and investment. She holds a Certificate in Trade Policy and Commercial Diplomacy from Carleton University and a Master's degree in International Legal Practice from ISDE. Truque is also a Licenciada in Derecho from Universidad de La Salle, in Costa Rica, and has a Bachelor's degree in School of Public Affairs from American University.

Truque has extensive experience in both private and public sectors. As a former Legal Advisor at the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD), she provided guidance on investment and enterprise regulations, and was also an Advisor in trade negotiations at the Ministry of Foreign Trade of Costa Rica.
