David Horsley is a highly experienced FD/CFO with over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry. His background includes a degree in Economics from Durham University and ACA qualification from PwC. He has held senior finance roles at several public, private equity-backed, and private financial services companies. David has extensive experience in forecasting and modeling for acquisitions, disposals, new products, pricing decisions, annual planning, and re-forecasting. He has exceptional communication skills and has developed strong relationships with stakeholders like the Board, Audit Committee, Risk Committee, advisor community, shareholders, and analysts. David has expertise in transformation projects for systems and process implementations, offshoring, securitization, and listings.

His background in regulatory reporting and compliance includes experience with SOX compliance within US subsidiaries. David has led and developed the finance agenda and built finance teams across multiple entities. He has an interest in career development and building teams across multi-site and global offices. His experience has included HR, IT, Operations, Company Secretarial, Facilities, Compliance, and Treasury responsibilities.
