Ken Harbert is a health professional who has spent his career working on improving access to healthcare, medical education, and delivery through sustainable technology. He earned a PhD in Health Education and Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, an MHA in Health Administration from Central Michigan University, and a BS in Physician Associate from Stony Brook University.

Throughout his career, Harbert has served in a variety of roles, including as the Chief Operating Officer at Catalyst Services, Telehealth Solutions, LLC, the Founding Dean and Professor at South College, and the Associate Dean of Nursing and Allied Health at the University of St. Francis. He has also worked as a Health Education Consultant at Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen, an External Evaluator at the Health Resource and Service Administration at the US Department of Health and Human Services, and as CEO and President at Health Watch LLC.

Other notable positions include being the Founding Chair and Professor at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, the Founding Project Director at the Center of Excellence for Remote Medically Underserved Areas, and Director of Physician Extender Services at Geisinger Health System. Notably, he was also the Founder and Executive Director of Veterans Caucus American Academy of Physician Assistants.
