Phyllis Shuster is a highly experienced business and commercial real estate attorney with over 40 years of corporate legal experience. She is the Manager/Attorney at Shuster Law Firm, P.L., and provides her clients with outsourced legal department and General Counsel services, acting as a valuable partner in day-to-day operations. Phyllis has a wealth of corporate knowledge having advised general businesses, technology, manufacturing, retail, and real estate companies on various legal matters.

Phyllis has advised on critical aspects of corporate operations such as the sale of services and products, as well as company acquisitions and sales, including commercial real estate transactional matters. Her experience also includes representing both landlords and tenants in commercial leases, and the acquisition or sale of commercial real estate, making her an invaluable asset to her clients.

Phyllis' past clients include divisions of global corporation, Philips Electronics and its spin-off, BC Components, Inc. where she provided senior management with legal advice on a wide range of corporate matters, including international commercial transactions, distributor and manufacturer representative relationships, supply chain logistics, non-disclosure and licensing arrangements, services, and consulting agreements, employment agreements, and general corporate counsel matters.
