Ryan Peltier

Ryan Peltier is an accomplished data analyst with experience in sales compensation, operations, and planning. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Alabama. Ryan's career began as a research fellow at the Defense Manpower Data Center, where he gained experience in statistics. He then became an intern at Diversity Training Group before transitioning to lead data analyst at Krush, Inc. Ryan continued his career as a statistician at Vanderbilt University and later became the Manager of Digital Media at Gryphon Design Collective. He also worked at Emma, Inc. as a Senior Data Analyst before joining GitHub, where he is currently a Senior Data Analyst in Sales Compensation and Planning. Ryan's expertise lies in data analysis, sales compensation, operations, and planning.
