Currently serving as the Customer Success Manager at Microsoft, Liwanag works with businesses to realize measurable business outcomes and value from Microsoft Cloud investments. He focuses on helping customers worldwide achieve more through the Modern Workplace, cybersecurity posture, and mobile-first, cloud-first strategy.

Liwanag holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an Executive MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His previous work includes positions at Extensis, CDW, TechLoss Consulting & Restoration Inc., Philips Semiconductors, and Motorola Semiconductor. He served as a Solution Assessment Lead at Microsoft and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Chicago Engineers' Foundation of the Union League Club.

In his personal life, Liwanag is passionate about sports, especially swimming, rock climbing, walks, and runs. He is also a parent of toddler identical twins and dedicates himself to learning from his children.
