Andrew Janoff, Ph.D. is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with a vast experience in every sector of the industry. He holds a Ph.D. and M.S. in Biophysics from Michigan State University and has studied as a Research Fellow at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Additionally, he holds a B.S. in Biology from American University.

Dr. Janoff has achieved remarkable success in his career, with over 75 U.S. patents in lipid nanotechnology and authorship of over 90 scientific articles and reviews on liposomes and drug delivery technologies in oncology, gene therapy, and microbiology. He is an Editor of the seminal _Liposomes: Rational Design_ and Editor Emeritus of the "Journal of Liposome Research."

Dr. Janoff is a consultant for legal firms, large pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, with a focus on expert opinions, expert testimony, patent infringement, and Hatch-Waxman litigation. He has been retained by top-tier international legal firms as an expert in confidential matters. Most recently, he was retained by Irella and Manella as an expert consultant for Moderna Therapeutics in an inter parties review of intellectual property held by Arbutus Biopharma Corporation.

Dr. Janoff is also the Chairman, President, and CEO of Taaneh, Inc. and Chairman and CEO of Xiconic Pharmaceuticals LLC. He served as the Chairman and CEO of Celator Pharmaceuticals and Vice President, Research and Development and Scientific Founder at The Liposome Company, Inc. Additionally, he was a Visiting Research Scholar/Collaborator at Princeton University and a former Expert Pharmaceutical Consultant in Princeton, New Jersey.
