I handle opening and closing the store throughout the week. I work with customers on a personal level to understand what they want and what they need. As a team, we focus on selling our products to our customers to give them the outcome that they desire. As a shift lead, I help calculate daily goals for the store and for each employee working that day. I also handle counting the money at the end of the night, recording it, faxing Corporate, and making sure all of the nightly duties for cleaning the store are completed.
