Chance McAllister is an accomplished Facilitator with a proven track record of success in the remote developer community. With a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration and user experience design, he employs his skills in product development and divergent thinking to help others achieve their goals. Chance has studied lifelong learning at Books, professional education, user experience, and interaction design at The Interaction Design Foundation, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, English, and Journalism from the University of Toronto.

His professional experience includes serving as an Experience Associate at On Deck, Founder of Chingu, Character Designer at Galbi Labs, ESL Teacher at Soongeui Elementary School and Froebel English Eunmul School, and Editor in Chief at The Strand, the University of Toronto.
