Kristen holds an MBA specializing in information technology and business transformation from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as an M.Sc. in computer science from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU).

Her educational background features a Master of Business Administration in Finance from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on information systems from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
