Kevin Leibowitz is an accomplished mortgage industry executive with over 20 years of experience in mortgage origination, banking, trading, and securitization. He possesses expertise in the origination, structuring, trading, sales, hedging, and analysis of mortgages and mortgage-backed securities from sub‐prime to prime. Kevin has proven his sharp eye for investment opportunities and his ability to capitalize on them effectively. He has successfully managed the securitization of over 130 transactions, totaling in excess of $70 billion. In addition, he founded and developed a startup mortgage bank/brokerage with originations exceeding $70 million.

Kevin is a graduate of The Ohio State University's Max M. Fisher College of Business, where he studied Business Administration and Management. He has held various positions in distinguished organizations such as Standard & Poor's, Interactive Data Corporation, The PrinceRidge Group, Deutsche Bank, Countrywide Securities Corporation, and Bear Stearns & Co.

Currently, Kevin serves as the President and CEO of Grayton Mortgage, Inc. He utilizes his expertise to provide top-level solutions in the mortgage industry.
