Sherri Kruger, a former scientist turned change management expert, has built a successful career around people, processes, and managing change. With a PhD in Molecular Genetics from the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from The University of Winnipeg, Kruger has worked for top companies like Monsanto (now Bayer) in a host of roles. She has been a Quality Manager, a Human Resources Generalist, and a project manager, working with an amazing group of talented and passionate people.
