Alok Kulkarni is a business leader with over 15 years of experience in the CRM and loyalty program industry. He has a strong background in digital marketing, mobile apps, chatbots, customer engagement programs, and customer lifecycle management. Throughout his career, he has worked in multiple sectors, including BFSI, CPG, telecom, retail, agri-business, and media & entertainment. Besides holding a Bachelor of Management Studies degree from Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, he also studied Sociology at the University of Mumbai.
