Yogesh Punjabi

Yogesh Punjabi is a finance professional with over a decade of investment banking experience in areas such as mergers & acquisitions, financial advisory, and capital raising for private and public companies.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BS in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Yogesh has held various key positions, including Managing Director, Senior Director, and Director at Capstone Partners. Prior to that, he worked in roles such as Senior Vice President, Vice President, and AVP - Investment Banking at Jefferies. He also served as Assistant Vice President at BB&T Capital Markets, Associate at Financo, Inc., and Associate - Alternative Investments at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Before his career in investment banking, Yogesh Punjabi gained experience as an M&A Summer Associate at Trudeau & Trudeau Associates, Project Manager at State Street, and Senior Consultant at Manhattan Associates.
