Elena Farrar is a highly educated and experienced professional with a background in government, political science, and business. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College and has studied at the prestigious Columbia Business School. Farrar is currently employed as the Associate Director of Internal Communications at UNICEF USA, and has previously held positions as Manager of Foundation Partnerships, Program Manager at Arabella Advisors, and U.S. Fulbright Scholar in Malawi. She has also worked for USAID and the World Bank Group in various capacities. Farrar is also a co-founder of the Masomo Mashinani Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving access to education in Kenya.
