She is the founder of Code of Conduct Company, aiming to instill responsible business practices in Nordic organizations. With a transition to full-time entrepreneurship since August 2018, Niina has collaborated with numerous global and local companies to cultivate an environment of integrity. Prior to establishing her venture, she accumulated over ten years of experience in various global capacities related to Ethics & Compliance, Internal Controls, and Audit. Initially drawn to auditing and procedural frameworks, Niina now prioritizes understanding the organizational culture in her engagements, believing that a culture of integrity is paramount for sustainable governance. Her expertise spans ethics & compliance training, compliance program development, cultural risk assessments, internal controls enhancement, and delivering keynotes to leadership teams. Niina Ratsula's educational background includes a Doctoral degree in Management Accounting, a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Financial Accounting and Auditing, and additional studies in Economics and Communications at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Through her roles as the CEO of Code of Conduct Company, Co-Founder of the Nordic Business Ethics Network, and previous positions at renowned organizations like Kemira and Nokia, Niina has been instrumental in shaping ethical business practices and fostering a culture of integrity.
