Tashia Bradley

Tashia Bradley is a highly accomplished academic professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various leadership roles within the higher education sector. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from Florida State University, a Master's degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from The University of Kansas, and a B.A. with Teacher Certification in History from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.

Currently, Tashia Bradley serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Innovation Officer at Wilberforce University. Her previous roles at Wilberforce University include Executive Vice President and Executive Vice President/Chief Innovation Officer. Prior to her tenure at Wilberforce University, she held the position of Senior Vice President for Student Engagement and Success. Before joining Wilberforce University, Tashia Bradley served as the Senior Associate Dean of Students and Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity Programs at Colby College as well as the Associate Dean of the institution. She also has experience as the Director of the Black Cultural Center at Berea College.
