Agniva Das, an experienced business consultant at HCL Technologies, is making waves in the tech industry by leveraging cutting-edge IIoT technology to power digital transformation for MSMEs. With a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from NIT Rourkela and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indian Institute of Management Nagpur, Agniva has honed his expertise in content management, compliance, and corporate stakeholder management. As co-founder and Chief Business Development Officer of Phoenix Robotix, he led the company's retrofitting of IIoT solutions to MSMEs under Industry 4.0 guidelines. His journey in university includes being a part of E Cell, Toastmasters International, and Academic Council. He is also inclined towards the arts and co-founded Swaviskaar, an Arts community of IIM Nagpur. During his internship at Nagpur Municipal Corporation, he published research documenting recommendations for improvement in municipal schools. Going above and beyond his MBA curriculum, Agniva collaborated on an innovative solution to beautify solar panels without sacrificing efficiency, placing second in the Tata Crucible National Hackathon competition. Agniva's valuable skill set includes strategizing key account management aspects and developing seamless systems and processes for a top-tier tech company.
